What a Buyer's Attorney does

Nearly everyone, at some time in life, faces the need to buy or sell real estate.  Because the purchase of a house is probably the largest single investment a typical person will ever undertake, any buyer or a seller should carefully consider the practical and legal complications of such a transaction before proceeding.  

Lawyers are necessary when representing a buyer because they protect your rights.   Below is an example of just some of the  vital functions a lawyer performs during the real estate transaction:

Review of the contracts with you, plus prepares  a Rider to the contract.

Communicates  with the sellers attorney, brokers, mortgage and financial institutions

Orders title insurance, for which you will be responsible to pay for.
