Ms. Tom has been a member of the firm since 2006 and practices in the areas of elder law, estate planning, collections, family law, guardianships, landlord-tenant, and trusts and estate administration. She has nearly three decades of experience in the legal field.

Ms. Tom participates in many professional organizations including the Passaic County Bar Association on which she is co-chairman of the elder law section; she is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association; the New York Bar Association; the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys; and was appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court to serve on the District XI Fee Arbitration committee and the District XI Ethics committee.

Ms. Tom holds her Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor's in Political Science from Manhattanville College. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, the District of Columbia, the U.S. District Court District of New Jersey, and the U.S. Tax Court.
